Took out Rick and Bobbie today. They are the ones that got the trip I donated to C.A.S.T. For kids Foundation. I do not know what they paid for the trip in the auction but they got their moneys worth. It was raining and cool today and usually I like it hot and bright but these fish went crazy on us today. I lost count on to how many we caught but somewhere around 80 , but the main thing is the bag we had 47 lb 13 oz to be exact. The picture of the Four fish together were both doubles caught minutes apart. The biggest was a 10 lb 3 oz. There is a story about the 10 lb 3 oz and I had a 9 lb 11 oz as this was one of our many doubles today. But the 10 lb 3 oz was caught by Rick and what was funny is it still had Bobbie’s jig still in its throat because he broke her off about 30 min earlier. Well June is in the books and July starts tomorrow. I do not think it can get any better , but it would not surprise me. I had a hell of a June and my average best five fish per trip was 41 pounds and some change. This lake is in my opinion is just getting better and better.  Get down here and get you some of this.

Took oput Randy and his son Clint today. We caught another pretty day and took full advantage of it. I showed them alot of lake and we caught big fish everywhere we went. The lake was basically empty today we only saw 3 or 4 boats all day. We caught a great sack today but should have had even a bigger sack as Randy and Clint lost some really big fish . Clint did catch his personal best today a 8 lb 13 oz pig the thing was he broke off a big fish right before this one and broke another big fish off just after the 8 lb 13 oz . Randy did not fair well on the giants either as he lost two right at the boat that were both DD fish.

 Took out Luis and Luis today I for some reason could remember both of their names. Man what another pretty day and man did we smoke them too. We caught big fish after big fish after big fish till our arms were about to fall off. Our biggest and Luis number one caught her, was a toad 10 lb 12 oz and if she had been fat I think she would have weighted 13 or 14 pounds. He also had anothewr fish that hit the scale at 9 lb 15 oz , most people would have called her Ten ,but she did not make it she was 1 oz short.  I love it when it is hot and so do these Falcon Bass. You better get down and have you some of this.

Took David and Walt out today . What a hell of a day. We got to fish main lake today and without any wind got to go anywhere we wanted. We moved around alot today and it really paid off . We caught some great fish off of nearly every spot. You could tell that the wind had giving the fish on the main lake a rest. Speaking of rest the lake was really busy today with a ton of boats . Boat David and Walt got their personal best today David with a 10 lb 0 oz and Walt with a 9 lb 12 oz , We had another fish that went 10 lb 8 oz that I caught and a 9 lb 8 oz and a 9 lb 0 oz for our top five. We boated over 50 fish today and I have pictures of 24 fish in the 7 to 10 pound range. I off to go fish a tournament on Choke tomorrow so I will be off Falcon but I will let you know how that goes.

Took out Greg and Moose today and finally we got a day the wind did not blow. It rained down here the last two days and man was it nice to finally get some. We caught a good number of fish today about 40 but my bag was down a little from what it has been. Greg did have his chance to make it a big bag but these or at least two great big fish got the best of him . Moose had a good day on some nice fish with 7 lb 5 oz beeing his best. I had two mor over 7 pounds and we had some more oin the 5 and 6 pound range.

Took out Sonny and Johnny today. Today was one of the windiest days we have had , man it was brutal. Going to the ramp I told Sonny and Johnny that they had their work cut out , that I have had 6 guide trips in a roll over 40 pounds for our best five and I wanted to keep the string alive. With the big wind we had I knew It was going to be a challenge , but they seemed up to it. The tried like hell and we worked our butts off and we came up 4 ounces short with our best five a good 39 lb 12 oz. Johnny had most of the stringer but Sonny had big fish with a 9 lb 4 oz. We caught about 40 or 50 fish today , not bad for the conditions we were dealt.

Took out Mark and Bryan today what was a little windy so we went up the river. We just hammered the fish early on a shallow point . After that we backed off deeper and caught some really nice fish including a 8 pound double. I weighed Marks fish and it was his personal best a 8 lb 2 oz pig. I had another guide come in the same cut I was in so we left and man what a great move we went to another pocket off the river and we hit the jackpot I was catching 5 and 6 pounders on the crankbait and Mark and Bryan were catching some bigger fish on the plastics It was like I would fire them up on the crank and they would get the big girls underneith. I caught two 5 pounders at the same time on the cranks today. We boated about 50 fish today. Bryan also got his personal best a 9 lb 11 oz monster . Mark had another shot as he lost a DD at the boat.

Took out Mike and Jack today. The first picture is of Jack yesterday with a 10 lb 4 oz Personal best. They flew in yesterday and I did not have a trip so we went out yesterday evening for a couple of hours and did well catching about 30 fish and just warmed them up for today . We started off great as the wind ws a little tough on my first stop, but we managed and we had a triple right off the batt. Today was a little off with us only boating 47 fish toay but our stringer was good with 40 lb 1 oz, but we had our chances or should I say that I for sure had my chance to get the bag up as I lost three really big fish one in perticular in the 12 pound range.

I took out Bob and David from Waco. I know I got carried away with the pictures but I could not leave some of them out . I took pictures of 38 fish over 7 pounds today . We caught over 75 fish today and all but 10 of them we over 5 pounds. It was absolutley crazy. We came in early because our arms were jelly. We had a monster today a 11 lb 14 oz pig ( last picture) Our five fish stringer was big . 48 lb 10 oz , to be exact. We just hammered the fish everywhere we went. I am off tomorrow but I ended this week with four days in a roll over 40 pounds with our best five.
